With summer in full effect, it’s a good idea for HOAs and commercial properties to focus on irrigation and water management and heat stress management. By focusing on irrigation, water, and heat stress management, HOAs and commercial properties can maintain curb appeal and minimize costly repairs.

Water and Irrigation Management
- Irrigation system audits: Weekly checks are an excellent way to ensure that sprinkler heads are operating correctly. The checks can also detect broken heads, leaks, or clogged nozzles.
